[Unity] fatal : Unable to create 'C:/~~~~~/.git/index.lock' : File exists. 오류 해결 방법

fatal: Unable to create 'C:/~~~/~~~~/~~~~/~~~~~/.git/index.lock': File exists.
Another git process seems to be running in this repository, e.g.
an editor opened by 'git commit'. Please make sure all processes
are terminated then try again. If it still fails, a git process
may have crashed in this repository earlier:
remove the file manually to continue.

해당 에러도 초보자들에겐 당황할 수 있지만 매우 자주 보는 에러이다.

이는 유니티 프로그램 창을 닫지 않고(저장하지 않고) 깃에 커밋할 때 뜨는 에러이다.

 

해결 방법 : 유니티 창을 닫는다. (자연스레 저장을 확인하게 된다.)
